Pumpkin Carving

Right after soccer games on Saturday we headed over to this highly acclaimed "Pick Your Own Pumpkin Patch" by our local news station. It sure was a pick your own...from a pile in someone's yard (yes it was a large yard but...c'mon). Nevertheless we got the pumpkins and that's what counts right?

We had some friends over to carve some jack-o-lanterns on Sunday afternoon. My friend C (who is a gourmet-chef-in-training) brought doughnut dough and so it was a fun fall festival!

We cranked out some awesome jack-o-lanterns and had a great time. Check them out!

I had the same problem with a "pick your own pumpkin patch" here in PA. Not so happy about it.

We picked our pumpkins at the Henhouse Grocery Store(Henner for Jeff). Nice carvings we all agree. Have fun tricking and treating.

Awesome! I am very impressed that all that mess of pumpkins turned into such cool pumpkins :-)
